Enduring materials of brick, honed stone, glass, and steel are brought together to provide 78,000 SF of specialty medical and surgical care to serve Minneapolis and the West Metro.

West of the building canopy, a neatly landscaped healing garden provides outdoor space for patients and waiting family. It also provides a scenic transition from the lot to the office for providers not parked in the staff concealed below the building.

Materials from the exterior continue to the interior bringing patients to the lobby where they are welcomed by the warmth of a fireplace flanked by natural wood. A living green wall welcomes natural daylight and patients ascending the terrazzo stair.
